Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked with people to help unlock what holds them back. I believe that self-knowledge and self-acceptance can lead to a rewarding and worthwhile life.

My process is informed by deep study of the foremost psychological researchers of the 20th and 21st centuries, diverse experience and practice in clinical and social work, and methodologies grounded in academia, philosophy, and spiritual thought. While history matters, it’s also about what’s practical and what works for you.

Unlike most therapists, I leave the diagnosis to the end. Our priority is exploring every dimension of you and your background in order to stay curious in the process.
